Learning to Lead Ourselves
A Personal Leadership Program
with Mindfulness and Enneagram tools
What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is a state: It’s the awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.
Jon Kabat Zin
What is the Enneagram? The Enneagram, (pronounced ANY-a-gram) is a personality system that describes personality development, 9 personality patterns, styles and Intelligence Centers. Though ancient in origin, the Enneagram is rooted in modern day psychology and is a guide to recognize the strategies each of us have used to survive. The Enneagram gives us awareness of our behaviors based on how we think, how we feel, and how we relate to others. It is an amazing tool for understanding ourselves and for personal growth.
Integration of Enneagram and Mindfulness tools:
Mindfulness strategies help us to be present, tuned in, and calm when situations arise.
The Enneagram Helps us to be more mindful by
